From the door







This is my from the door run. Its the one I do without thinking.
Its only 3 and a quarter miles and 200 ft of ascent but it gets Billy and me out running.
A couple of minutes and we are out of the burbs and onto bridleways and footpaths.

    right..i'm guessing..you live on the east side of the country? in lincs? or similar? looks like good running country..as opposed to good walking ;)

    I live in Derby

    The pics dont realy do it justice. Its Rolling countryside and some pleasant hills. My first fell race a B/short was only a mile away.

    I still have to drive to the Peak for the real thing.
