Big up to Ray M (the other half of team Ibuprofen) for completing this years Derby 10k in a time of 44:57.

Ray finished Derby's premier road race 552nd out of 3500 starters. More importantly he also beat several work colleagues who are 20 years younger than him. Nice one Ray!
