Back O Skiddaw

Bad weather put paid to a camping trip. Not all was lost though, a bit of last minute hunting found us a cottage near Bassenthwaite or The Back o Skiddaw.

Skiddaw is not the sexiest of the Cumbrian fells. Its edge is not 'Sharp' or need 'Striding' but its a big lump at 931m and the route up via Ullock Pike was fun. Running back down the same way even more so.
